About Erika Culmer, RA, NCARB, CSI-CDT

Hi there! My name is Erika Culmer. I am a licensed architect and graduate of the University of Notre Dame. I have over a decade of experience in the architecture field, and I spent most of it specializing in creating efficient workflows for projects with the goals of more profit, less re-work and a more pleasant process for all involved. One of the main elements of this is training. I believe that most training in architecture is transferable to other firms and industries, and so I aim to teach skills and concepts you can use anywhere.

About Your Fellow Architect Academy

Your Fellow Architect Academy (or YFA Academy) is the brainchild of Erika Culmer. After seeing the need for an increase in more training and mentorship at all levels in the field, she created this academy with the intention to fill that gap. Courses and materials focus on core concepts and skills of the architecture field that you can use at any firm, in any industry. These are all elements that she has taught to others in her tenure as part of her role in job training and mentorship.
